DHCP authorization problem on a 2003 server

I have a 2003 server with DHCP installed. The server worked like a charm, but after moving the server to another subnet the DHCP server was suddenly unauthorized. When i right click the DHCP server and click authorize (while logged on as an enterprise admin) i still see the red arrow and the status of the server is "Not authorized". The strangest thing is that if i right click the server again the "authorize" option is changed to "unauthorize".

The DHCP configuration was migrated from 2000 to 2003 with netsh....this could be the source of the problem...but i have no solution.

Who can help me?

Have you tried to use netsh to authorize the server?

@ChiefIT: there's no rogue DHCP server --> no NACK's in netmon

The server didn't unauthorize by itself again.....but i've still got the problem that the server is authorized but seems to be unauthorized. (See picture)
Even when i right click DHCP --> "manage authorized servers" the server is listed.
It looks like the GUI isn't updated.....

Just left click on it to see if it changes it's status.

Thanks for the good thoughts! A reboot solved the GUI problem.
DHCP
DHCP

The Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) is an auto configuration protocol used on IP networks and an extension of the Bootstrap Protocol. DHCP allows for computers to be configured automatically to communicate with each other over an IP network without the need for manual setup by a network administrator. The implementation of DHCP relies on a DHCP server to hand out network configuration information to DHCP-capable clients that request an IP address (and other information required or useful in communicating with other devices on an IP network). In addition to an IP address, common configuration information served over DHCP includes a default gateway, subnet mask and DNS sever(s).
