I have been approached with a question from someone in our management team wanting to know if it is possible to have BCC's put into an email distribution list they often use. After I asked several questions to verify what they were trying to accomplish the end result needs to be that they want anyone in the company who sends an email to Distribution List X to have that email sent to Y recipients as a BCC. They do not want to have to input the BCC's manually each time.
So if I send an email to an email group named "Email Group" and the members are X, Y and Z then X, Y and Z will get that email. However, they want to have A, B and C also get that email but be BCC'd without the sender having to do it manually.
Is this a function provided in an Exchange 2003 and an Outlook 2003/2007 environment? If so how. I'm not sure I'd even agree to implementing it if it is due to a few reasons popping into my head as I type this but the question still stands for me.
