Hi,
I have just finished and released a system using WCF. Personally I would say get a good book on each of them. I found the following book quite good. It explains exactly how WCF works and enables you to understand what you are doing. You can find loads of articles on the web but having a good book I found invaluable when dealing with the different bindings, Callbacks, Concurrency and Security etc.

On WWF I've not used it as yet so I'm not sure what level you are looking for.
