You will have to log into the machine with an account that is in the administrators group.  Generally the local administrator account will do.  To add the domain admins group back to the machine, open computer management and goto Users and Groups.  Go to the Groups folder and then the Administrators group, click add, then in the object field type;  "YOURDOMAINNAME\Domain Admins" without the quotes.

One more time...

net localgroup administrators "DomainName\Domain Admins" /Add

you need the quotes.
