On startup of my laptop (dell d620, XP pro) I get a message "Please go to the Control Panel to install and configure system components". Checked for autorun.ini in the root - no such file. Any ideas?

On startup (Dell d620, XP Pro) i have an error message "Please go to the Control Panel to install and configure system components". Checked root for autorun.ini - no such file. Any ideas how to fix it?

yes, I looked for autorun.inf (ini was just a typo). And yes, i have a "setup.exe" in the startup.

1. sfc /scannow didn't give any warnings or such
2. hijack log is attached
3. problem goes away if I uncheck setup in msconfig/startup. Is it possible to eliminate it from startup?
