I suppose you already know how to save/load from ini file. just add another setting and use listbox1.items.CommaText to set/read the values. like 
 
writestring(listbox1.items.CommaText); 
listbox1.items.CommaText:=readstring 
 
depends on what ini component you use :)

ciuly, the bug with TStrings.CommaText is that it works with space too :)

I don't like explointing bugs. they might get fixed in the future ;) 
not to mention if you change the listbox/stringlist implementation with something else which won't cope with it.
