As far as I know, calendar sharing information cannot be configured via GPO. You may place the calendar to public folder, so that everyone can open it.<br />

i have downloadet Office 2003 Editions Resource Kit Toolbox. but unfortunatly the settings there is nothing i can use :( hmm maybe i have to found another solution to do that.<br />

adding the calenders to the public folders is not a solution i can see would be functional in our environment.

Yeah... I couldn't believe it when I read it, but it sounds as though you can use this tool. If you're going to use it, make sure you have a backup first.<br />

Make all Calenders in Outlook reviewer by default.
