Remote desktop error received when trying to access Windows Server 2003 from Windows XP Pro.

I receive the error message displayed in the attached screen shot when trying to remote desktop into one of our servers. Any insights as to solve the issue would be appreciated.

I do not believe we have a terminal server licensing server setup--although it might be good to double check. Are there any other potential solutions?
The error points to the TS Licensing server. You can go into the Terminal Server Configuration to see what Mode it is in Remote Administration or Application Mode.

BTW, this normally happens when someone tried to hack past the licensing to allow more than one connection by editing the registry. I wanted to add too that you should make sure that it is not a Server 2K3 SBE box because terminal server was removed with the R2 release due to uncontrollable vulnerabilties.
