Try to find the file .NLK, and delete it, restart Outlook.<br />
Your &quot;cache&quot; should be cleared.

so find my CURRENT .NLK and delete it and then restart outlook and look into my previous Local settings folder and try to grab the Original then..<br />

what i just did was reinstalled windows THen i reinstalled outlook to 2003 then i took the ost file from my old local settings/app/microsoft/out<wbr />look/outlo<wbr />ok.ost<br />

and put it in my newly created profiles folder ....<br />
