how to reset vista default fonts

After installing Office XP onto Vista Home computer, any editable field is now in this tiny font that cannot be read. I tried restoring from a restore point, adjusting DPI and any other font tool I could think of to correct this a nothing works. Is there a way to reset the default Windows Vista font? If so, what is the trick?
