Move questions to a new Queue

I want to set up a new SMTp server which will be using an external Relay Service. The problem is that I have already send out a big mail out and there are still a lot in the queue. How do I move these from the existing queue to go through the new service.

AFAIK, you can't without re-submitting them for sending.
