Lotus Notes Dictionary

Hello my fellow techs. When a customer tries to send a message in lotus notes from their personal lotus notes email, everything works fine. However, when they try to send from a group account, the spell checker start, and a Choose Spell Dictionary windows opens searching for a *.dic. When I do a *.dic search several results (txt files) are found such as Iris.DataDictionary, en-US, us, uk canadien etc. however when I try to path to them they are not recognized dictionaries. I know the dictionary feature can be turned off, but the customer need this capability. Please assist. Thanks.

the preferences of the group account mail file set to automatically check mail messages for misspelling before sending (and it looks like this option is turned off for individual account)

If client does not recognize the dictionary files they might be from old versions or corrupted. reinstall the clients - or just copy *.dic files from another working machine
