How do I get pinged that a rss feed has changed on my blackberry?

I've tried email services which forward email to your inbox when a new item has been posted VIA rss. The problem with this approach is that they seem to aggregate the posts daily, so I get notification of a post long after it has happened.

Most of the sites I'm following are on feedburner, so maybe feedburner has some service that also does this? I've noticed though that subscribing via feedburner email there is also a significant delay. The only other thing I can think of is maybe a software for blackberry, but I'm not looking to read the whole post, I only to be pinged if there is a new post (or make my phone vibrate, but emails will make my phone vibrate too)

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

viigo has an active alert which will supposedly ping me when a feed has been updated. Haven't tested it yet but I have no reason to believe it won't work as what else would an alert on a blackberry do?
Post back if it works... I just got the Curve 8330 yesterday =)
Hey gwkg, it does work however it doesn't leave a message in the central blackberry message folder, it just rings or vibrates.
viigo itself though is great, pretty slick.
Thanks for the info, I'll check it out =)
