Running CoD2, CoD4 server commercially - licence

I have some free capacity of bandwidth and CPU and was thinking of running a CoD2/CoD4 server due to a high demand. I want to have the "legal things" cleared out, so that there will be no problems with anybody with that. Since some providers are running those game servers commercially, I would like to know more about it. Is it enough to buy a "gamer's licence DVD", do I need a separate CD for separate server (are there available multiple keys for buying), etc.

And something else to add: I am running a couple of colocated FreeBSD (Unix) servers.

Anything about this subject will be very welcome and appreciated.

Thank you!

StrifeJester, thank you very much for the answer.

Do you or somebody else knows where to get those server executables for CoD2 / CoD4? I did not find any appropriate links in that forum thread but however I may be missing something. Also some published documents by the game vendors about running commercial servers would be very welcome.

Thank you in advance!

This may help.  I am still digging for some official CoD4 releases.
I found this thread and it seemed very helpful - maybe someone will be able to use some information from it: http://clientforums.tcadmin.com/showthread.php?p=3296

It seems that there are no special editions to run as servers and there is no official support available. However you must install things by yourself.
Oh, pasted wrong link :)

This one is correct: http://clientforums.tcadmin.com/showthread.php?t=4814
