Failed to take snapshot of a source volume.

"Failed to take snapshot of a source volume.
Possible causes include not having any NTFS volumes on Windows XP or Windows 2003 source systems,
and not having enough free disk space."

This is an error we are getting when we try and convert a physical NT box using VMware convertor build 3.0.3.

has anyone ever came across this issue and found a resolve on how we can get passed the error?

Done as said but has made no difference TBH. The drives themselves have massive free space so wouldn't cause and issue either.

Any one else have any idea's to try?
Please check that all the partitions of your source NT4-server is having NTFS and also that you have atleast SP4 installed.
