Done as said but has made no difference TBH. The drives themselves have massive free space so wouldn't cause and issue either. <br />

Any one else have any idea's to try?

Please check that all the partitions of your source NT4-server is having NTFS and also that you have atleast SP4 installed.<br />

Had the same issue, the solutions for us was to convert a FAT32 patition named RECOVERY to NTFS once this was done the conversion went smoothly.
