Cisco VPN and DHCP addressing

Using the web configuration tool, I would like to know how to assign my VPN clients a specific range of IP Addresses (e.g -230), that do not conflict with the IP addresses already given out by my DHCP server ( - 200).

right now the VPN client gets assigned an IP address in the range of 200 -230, but my VPN client cannot access any network resource ( - 199). Why is that?
