Crystal Reports Dynamic Images - Red X

I developed a .NET application that displays a report created with Crystal Reports XI.  I am using an XSD to set the values and pics of the report.  Everything works fine locally.   When I copy the website to the server the image displays the infamous "red x".  All other data is displaying on the report but the image is not displaying (on the web server - the image displays locally).

Any ideas?

That usually means that either the account the site is running under does not have permissions to the folder that contains the images, or the images are not where they are supposed to be.

I narrowed it down some.  The issue revolves around
"<authentication mode="Windows"/>"
I have two websites.  One website is am typeing the IP and port - example -> http://100.100.100.100:80/TestReport/Default.aspx.  This works fine (the http link is a dummy so please do not try to access it).
The other website is set up under a DNS so when I try to access http://dnsname/TestReport/Default.aspx (this is another dummy link for example purposes) I receive the Authentication Mode Error.
Any ideas?
