One of my clients recently moved all of their computer equipment from one building to another. The new building does NOT have internet access. Since moving the server and desktops, several critical system services, such as the computer browser, server service, etc. stop randomly. They lose all connectivity to the server, cannot print, connect to shares, etc. They can restart the services, connect and use the server etc. for awhile, and then the services stop again after awhile. I'm assuming it has something to do with no internet access, but I'm not sure. Is there a service or something that needs to be turned off since they no longer have internet access?
