Pagemaker reporting Disk is full 8013:0099 when trying to do a "Save As..."

When using Pagemaker on an existing file, my client makes some changes to the file and wants to save it as a new file.  When they go to File -> Save As, name the file and put it on their network share, they get the error message "Disk is full" with a code of 8013:0099.  There are over 40 GB of free space on the drive and the file is most definitely smaller than that.  There are no quotas setup on the drive, the work station is running XP Professional SP2 with latest updates (other than SP3 obviously) and the server is running Windows Server 2003.  Looking on Google I see information about Veritas' files conflicting with anti-virus filters, however, the server is using Backup Assist and both systems are using AVG 8.  Any suggestions?
