Microsoft Access Crashes

I have a user who uses our Access ERP solution.  When he attempts to print one of the forms I get and error and the application crashes.  In the code box are the two event ID that I am recieving related to the application crashes.  Any ideas?  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2003.
