Preventing Change Computer Discription

I created a GPO for an Engineering group here and at first they had it very tight and now they are wanting to lax it
So basically the want to be able to right click My Computer and change the Computer Discription but everytime they try this it comes back offcourse saying

This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.

I dont remember for the life of me what setting I had applied to make this happen
Any idea where this might be in Computer Configuration or User Configuration?

there is a lot of items enabled and some disabled in the Control Panel. would it  be in the Display?

'Display' in Group Policy. No. You are looking for the 'Hide Specified Control Panel Applets' and 'Show only specified Control Panel applets' which are in User Configuration > Admin Templates > Control Panel.

Run rsop.msc at a client and browse to that location if you are not sure.

If sysdm.cpl is listed on the 'Hide' list, then remove it. Similarly, if you have 'Show only' set to Enabled, you MUST have sysdm.cpl on the Show list.
