Stop 0xa Error On Vista Laptop

Keep getting BSOD when logging into Windows with the above error. I can login fine in safe mode. I am currently disabling startup programs to figure out if any of them are the problem. The user tried LKGC, but that did not work. I also tried to restore from a particular point and it seemed to work for a moment (able to get to the desktop) then it crashed again. I would hate to have to reload the OS.

Also having Symantec (End Point) issues with LiveUpdate. Can this all be tied in together? How can I remove EndPoint in safe mode?
