I do not think you can set these back to factory from the front panel but there may be a reset switch in the back. I would try a hard reset first see if you could connect via Hypertrm then.

Hey there, I had a 3com 48 port switch (4250t) go down and the 49th port (uplink) is flashing green and orange. &nbsp;I can't connect to this thing at all and I'm going to lose it. &nbsp;I've tried every hyper terminal setting possible to go serial to serial and rj-45 to serial.<br />
