New PC's power supplies going bad

I bought three non name brand PC's and for some reason the power supplies on them keep going out. When I replaced the PC with a new power supply a couple days later the power supply goes out again.
The type of motherboard is MSI(945GCM7-F) with 2 Super Talent DDR 667 PC5300 1GB stick of memory. The power supply is a Rhycom-sgt ATX P4 switching power supply 450 watts. One more thing. The cases that these PC's came in is very cheaply made so I had them send me three better cases and it seems as thought that that might have been the issue. It could be something to do with the ground or lack of being grounded. The reason I say this is because I sold the last one with the cheap case last week and got a phone call a week later saying it wouldn't come on. Changed the power supply and it booted right up but went bad the very next day. That is all the info I can think to give you. If there is anything else you need to know please ask. But any info on why this is happening would really be appreciated.

Thanks,
Bobby

I brought the PC back to my office and plugged itin and it didn't do anything.(dead) Installed a new power supply and it booted up just fine. Brought it back to the customers house, set the PC back up, booted it up and it ran fine. The next day the power supply died. Before replacing the PC the customer had an older Dell 2400 that was in the same location for years. I am thinking along with dbrunton because I bought a case of power supplies from  the same place I got the new PC's.

Whatcha think fellows.

Gotta go for the night though,
Bobby

I bought a new power supply of course but also upgraded the case. The motherboard, ram, hard drive, DVD/CD etc. worked fine but the case was so cheaply made. I mean the thickness of the medal was simular to a coke can. So I got a new case and junked the cheap one. I am typing this comment on the PC now with no power supply problem and it has been running for over 2 days straight.

thanks again everybody,
