Just you or all of your users?
If it is just you then install the office service pack (SP1).  If that doesn't work then completely de-istall office, reboot, Install office and then service pack it.

Hi MightySW,

The office we are using already have SP! installed and so far two users have this issue that when accepting meeting request, does not appear in calendar. One more not all meeting having this issue but in some meeting. I try to observed what is different between the meeting appears in calendar and the one doesn't but don't find any clue.

What other options you think I should try? I already tried running outlook diagnose tool but no luck.

Problems with the calender usually refer to a corrupt pst file or you have reached the max size on your pst file.

1. Run outlook in safe mode and try to add a calender entry . Start- run enter -- outlook.exe /safe

2. if it does not work check the pst file. use the Scanpst.exe. usually located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033\NT directory of any system thats running Windows 2000 or Windows XP.

3. if the repair does not resolve the problem export all your calendar entry's to excel document and then create a new outlook profile with a new pst file and tranfer your important e-mails into this new outlook profile and then import your calender entries.

one of the above should fix your problem
Have you run the MS Time Zone update utility on these workstations?

Hi deal2aces,
I heard that pst file gets corrupted when its sizes exceeds 2GB, I checked the pst file and it is  below 300MB but still I will try to run scanpst for making sure this problem is not due to pst.
I will let you know once I will get back to you with result whether the problem solved with the steps you mention or not.

Hi MightySW,

No I haven't try Time Zone update utility. We are using MS exchange server which is located overseas and is operated and manage by different team. So far I have seen two users who having this problem, I will prefer is we be able to solve it on client site. I can reach server team only if I am 100% sure that it is server site problem.

Sorry for my poor English above,  i didn't realise what I am typing.

deal2aces ---- I will try your steps and will let you know whether the problem solved or not

MightySW  ----- I will prefer to solve the problem on client site. I can contact server team only if I am 100% sure that it is server site issue.

Thank you again for your response.

Ok, here what I did, when I checked web mail of the user I was able to see calendar entry but not in Outlook mail client. I was sure that it was a client side issue. What I did I delete all the cache and ost file from the profile and run outlook again. On the first run, Outlook download all current mails and calendar entries from the server. When   I looked back into the calendar entries, it was up to date the way it suppose to be. I am assuming this problem occurs because all clients are running on cache mode. I followed that steps few weeks ago and so far everything running fine
Hi farhankazi:,
Since the steps I suggested above resolved the problem are u going to reward the points ?
Deleting the cache from the mail profile is just like creating a new mail profile. So I am accepting deal2aces answer. Thank you again for helping me with this issue
