Exchange 2007 OWA not properly resolving

I have recently upgraded from Small Business Server 2003 to 2008.  The migration went very smoothly!

This was completed about a week ago and the Outlook web access stopped working.  You can get access to the page and the IIS services are running but the render doesn't complete and the page hangs.  It had been working fine.

I can't see what happened to cause this as I'm not sure exactly when it stopped working.  I can still get to RWW fine but it all fails when I try to access Webmail.

There are no error messages to go on........

Try rerunning the Internet connection wizzard.

I don't have 'internet connection wizard' as such on 2008 SBS but I have run 'fix my network' which didn't make any difference to the OWA (gave me a kick to sort out the DNS though!!).
Is this a problem outside of your network or inside or both? Have you tried to reboot the server? What about disabling firewall and try then? I know SBS 2008 like to lock itself down a bit. Also, have you verified the service is running?
first of all, is this internally, or only externally?
Do you also have this on the RWW page (https://remote.yourdomain.com), or only on the OWA page?

the DNS issue might not have to do with this, but can you also give me the error msg, so I can have a look?
btw, also run the SBS 2008 BPA please: http://www.sbsbpa.com/

The problem is both inside and outside the network.  I have tried a re-boot and verified the service is running.  Turning off the firewall doesn't help.
btw, did you install exchange rollup 4?
you might had an issue:

of so, there could be an issue, and you might install rollup 5 for exchange 2007 SP1
you can find it here:

Ref the comments from Suppsaws:

The RWW page runs prefectly.  The problem is only with OWA.

Don't worry about the DNS.  The 'fix my network' utility just reminded me I hadn't set the forwarders yet.

I've just run the BPA and there's nothing other than a few old user accounts that need tidying up from the migration.

of the rollup 5 doesn't work, you could try recreating the OWA vdirs in IIS:

Suppsaws.  Rollup 5 did the job.   Many Thanks.
