Services.exe A breakpoint has been reached
Laptop running XP Pro, gets the following error before login. Once you click OK or Cancel it reboots.
Services.exe Application Error
A breakpoint has been reached. (0X80000003) occurred in the application at location 0X031c7b2.
Click OK to terminate the program.
Click Cancel to debug the program.
I've gone through disabling all services and rebooting but the error still appears. Any and all information would help. Thanks

Once the user booted into Safe Mode w/networking, used Gotoassist to remote in. Tried Kaspersky virus scan but always failed when trying to update. Used BitDefender Online Scanner and found 2 viruses. rebooted laptop 3 times and the users profile finally loaded.
because this 0X80000003 is a reference from you memory... meaning any error might be possible...
maybe you can go right click my computer -> manage -> go to error logs and see what in detail this error is... Also you can show us the list of start up you have via hijackthis log...
before that maybe you can just scan your registry for error.
