troubleshooting Question

Not downloading Offline address book files. A server (URL) could not be located.

I have an Exchange 2007 SP1 Server running in production.
I have created a certificate using the powershell to allow owa SSL access to PDA's using several common names.
My outlook clients report...

14:45:07 Synchronizer Version 12.0.6300
14:45:07 Synchronizing Mailbox 'Mailboxname'
14:45:07 Done
14:45:08 Microsoft Exchange offline address book
14:45:08              Not downloading Offline address book files.  A server (URL) could not be located.
14:45:08       0X8004010F

I have tried other suggestions and the ones on here who have managed to fix it dont explain how, please help!
