I have a client that had a new user and they could not logon to Outlook. I did some investigating and found the mailbox was put on an older server tha was no longer live. I went to the user and deleted the mailbox and then created a new mailbox using Exchange Tasks in ADUC. Everything seem to go fine. They can now opoen outlook and access there mailbox. They can also send out emails. When I try to send email to them from outside accounts It bounces back with the following error:
550 550 5.7.1 Requested action not taken: mailbox not available (state 14).
Do I need to do anything else to get this box to receive mail properly?
