I am using Crystal Reports XI.  I am using a form that was created for the ACCPAC accounting system. (see attached)  In ACCPAC users can select on items and miscellaneous charges.  I want to create total for just two of the misc. charges.  The charges are called "AIR" and "OCEAN" respectively.  I want to be able to carry this two fields and total on the form.  However, they need to be subtracted from the sub-total.  See example,
At bottom of form
Subtotal=Total line items + any other misc. charges.(not to include AIR and OCEAN
AIR & OCEAN= Total of AIR and/or OCEAN misc. charges selected for this order ONLY
Total=Total of order to include both items shown above.

I seem to be able to figure out on my laptop, but then copy file on server and got different amounts when file was executed.  Be sure to change path of file from txt to rpt if you want to open in Crystal Reports.
Please advise
