spam email from myself

This is happening to a few users at our company.  We are getting junk/spam email from ourself.  We use Trend Micro virus protection on all our servers & deskstops.  I also have Trend scanning the emails on the Exchange servers.  For the most part in the past few years, we haven't seen very much junkmail (if we do - it's only a flurry for a day or two).  However, now for about the past month, several of us continue to receive at least 10 spam messages a day - with the sender being ourself@ourcompany.com, content is usually an embeddded text & html, and the message is marked high importance.  Pharmaceutial ads mostly.
Anyone have any ideas how to block this in Trend (mail coming from outside our company from ourself) or know of a virus that might cause the generation of these messages?

Its email spoofing. ITs not really from you, but it looks like it is. I had this happen a couple time. Not a big deal. If you have to add yourself to your blocked senders list, but you could also do reverse dns lookup on incoming messages in the mail server, if exchange.

Oh is it time for this question again?
Twice yesterday. At least twice over the weekend.

In short - get used to it.
If you have an antispam solution and it isn't detecting this spam (which is the oldest trick in the book) time for a new antispam solution.

Anyone who has worked with antispam solutions for more than 10 minutes will know that there is no single fix for all spam solutions.
What works for one company will not work for others.
I have had clients who are happy with IMF, others where it doesn't work.
Some love GFI Mail Essentials, others couldn't get rid of it quick enough. Barracudas, message labs, I have tried them all, found some work, some do not.
It all depends on the client and what type of messages they receive.

you can use Barracuda Appliance.
