I thought I had my DNS issues taken care of but I still have issues.  I get error when I run a netdiag /test:dns /v on my DC:

DNS test . . . . . . . . . . . . . : Failed

IP Address:         Expected registration with PDN (primary DNS domain n
          Hostname: JUPITER.trnt.local.
[WARNING] Cannot find a primary authoritative DNS server for the name
            'JUPITER.trnt.local.'. [ERROR_TIMEOUT]
The name 'JUPITER.trnt.local.' may not be registered in DNS.
Check the DNS registration for DCs entries on DNS server ''
Query for DC DNS entry trnt.local. on DNS server failed.
DNS Error code: ERROR_TIMEOUT (Dns server may be down.)
[WARNING] The DNS entries for this DC cannot be verified right now on DNS
[FATAL] No DNS servers have the DNS records for this DC registered.

The NIC has only it's own IP listed as the single DNS server.  My second DNS server, domain controller passes this test with flying colors, no errors.  If I add the IP of the second DNS server to the NIC on Jupiter, I get significantly less errors.  Which means, I still have issues with DNS on Jupiter.  I've check the A record for Jupiter, it's there.  I check the pointer record, its there.  But, I can not ping jupiter.trnt.local or trnt.local.  But, like I said, I can from the second DNS server with out issue.  I'm missing some record here I assume.  Where should I look first? Or how do I simply repair the troubled DNS server?  Thanks in advance.
