HP Proliant ML350 G3 crashing every 12 hours or so

I have an ML350 g3, running SBS2003 and SQL server.

it is regularly bugchecking with one of two codes:

"Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x00000008, 0xD0000002, 0x00000000, 0xF76AA9F7))",Operating System,Critical,1,12/27/2008 12:24 PM,12/27/2008 12:24 PM

"Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x000000CB (0xBAA832F2, 0xBAA84933, 0x89577728, 0x00000003))",Operating System,Critical,1,12/31/2008 6:05 PM,12/31/2008 6:05 PM
"B

There are precious few clues other than this.

Ideas as to where to start looking or how to unravel this?

ASKER

Just revisited the event log.  This might be more relevant:

Although there are plenty of crashed without this, if I go back to the timeframe where the crashes started, I find It is LOADED with 2 errors:

Every 5 seconds:

Event Type:      Error
Event Source:      DhcpServer
Event Category:      None
Event ID:      1050
Date:            12/16/2008
Time:            9:59:43 PM
User:            N/A
Computer:      MAINSERVER
Description:
The DHCP/BINL service on the local machine encountered a network error. The error was: 0x    2747.

followed by (every minute):

Event Type:      Error
Event Source:      Srv
Event Category:      None
Event ID:      2019
Date:            12/16/2008
Time:            9:22:27 PM
User:            N/A
Computer:      MAINSERVER
Description:
The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the pool was empty.

Empty non-paged pool sounds like a recipe for trouble.

To keep it in perspective, it crashed 3 times today with no such log entries as mentioned above.

Meanwhile, I have put in the registry changes to isolate pool damage.
