Exchange 2007 Restore Sent Items
Recently upon uninstall and reinstall of Outlook 2007 client, the save sent items in sent folder check got removed and one of my customers lost approx. two weeks of sent items until it was discovered. Is there a way to get the sent items even if the sent items were never stored from within Outlook 2007 client?

Uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook 2007 client doesn't have anything to do with the issue (as far as I know) other than that may be how the check got removed from Options - Save Sent Items in Sent Folder.

Outlook 2007 is running in Cached mode on so that spam filtering will work. Where is that cache? Would that have the sent items?
