Check if the event log says that it could not find the DC.

If it does then please make sure that the Exchange Server has been properly installed or not, whether your DNS has the required records pointing to the correct DC.

Hi,
This information is not sufficient to give a siolution. As this is cauised by fault DNS Service on DC else wrong DNS Server IP used in Server (here Exchange server) or communication issues withDNS Server.
Can you please confirm if there are any other errors reported in Exdhange server, just immdiately after a reboot.
Thanks
Nitin

You were absolutely correct on the drive capacity. The drive had filled up with a very large number of log files. I feel stupid to admit what happened next. In order to quickly resolve the issue at 4am we removed the log files and accidentially erased the e00.log file so now the mailbox store will not mount. Any help on recreating the e00.log file would be greatly appreciated.
