How do I restrict access to specified websites using ISA server 2006

I need to restrict access to www.google.co.uk and www.sec.gov.ng using ISA server 2006. I DO NOT want staff to access any other site appart from the two stated above.

How do I achieve this goal?

Sorry:- you may have to add in a staff group if this is for only some staff and not others into both the allowed sites and deny http/https rules.

Need to be clear on the intention here. Not quite sure why you would want to limit traffic to google.co.uk? Any hits received from google frequently pass you to another web site which will all fail - was that the intention?

Ig google.co.uk fails (which it does periodically) - do you want the staff to be able to access google.com etc?

Thanks manfredfield, your suggestion worked. Just that I had to change the IE settings to go through the proxy.

SURPRISE:
But I am supprised that  we did not need to chage the IE settings prior to now and yet we were browsing through same ISA server. In other words, before I made the changes that manfredfield suggested, we were browsing through ISA without touching the IE setting.
Can any one provide a reason for this?
