Losing printers in RDP

We have one client who connects via RDP. They have multiple printers in their office that pull from their local resources in to RDP. They have informed us that when they print, they are missing some of the pages, and when they look back the printer they were printing to is no longer in their printer list and sometimes they do not have any printers at all. I am stumped to why the printers just randomly disappear? It is not a print spooler issue, there have been no crashes.

**Note** We have other clients with multiple printers and none of them are having this issue.

Thanks for any advice/help!

The drivers are already on the server. I will have to check to see if they are being shared out. Most likely are, but i also know we have other clients who share out printers and do not have this problem. I will have to gather more info from them. I will stop in to see what i can find out on my own.

Thanks
no problem, let me know what you find out.  I used to deal with that a lot as well on terminal services, it can be a nightmare that is never ending.  VPN is so much better once you get it going.

Will do! VPN is something we will have to look in to.
