Anyone advise on the following BLUE SCREEN and fail to restart problem.

Cant get in through safe mode or last known good configuration.  Everything comes back to the same screen.
Linux runs off the CD Rom drive and the Hard disk seems OK (data recovered) - Have a Emergency Boot disk but can't find a way to run chkdsk.

Don't know if this is recoverable - or whether to try a  re-install of XP from the recovery disk -

The blue screen error message is as follows:
STOP: 0x00000024 (0x001902FE, 0xF7CDB814, 0xF7CDB510, 0xF74591FC)

***   NTFS.SYS - Address F74591FC base at F744C000, Datestamp 41107eea

Beginning dump of physical memory

Its on an IBM T41 Thinkpad running  XP Pro updated to SP3

Ideas please!
