setting up Citrix printing
I have just been thrusted into a world of which I know little about. I need to repair network printing on a Citrix Pres server 4. It was working last week and now it is not. I am looking online to learn about how it works. But could use a little help as it is short fuesed as printing is needed NOW.

In order to help you, we'll need to know more about your setup. Are printers local or network? If they're network printers, are they set up via Windows Server, Citrix or are they independent?

I always strongly recommend using an HP LaserJet 4 driver with a network printer to see if you can get it working with that first. The LaserJet 4 will give you basic printing functionality - black and white. If it works with that, then you know it's simply a driver related issue and can move on.
