We have an Exchange 2007 server that is running fine - Accepting email from Internal and External senders, to all of the six domains hosted by that box.
We have been asked by those in charge to host an Intranet policy system that has been developed for us, and as we did not want external developers delving into our systems we purchased a subscription to an externally hosted virtual server. When a company policy changes on the Virtual server, it sends an email out to those line managers who need to know. The email system from the PHP generated script works fine for all barring one of our domains. The domain is the default one for the company, but the others (which are different domains but are part of the same company group) all accept the emails fine.
I have checked the spam settings and even disabled the the Exchange Anti-spam filters as well as out Trend WFBS anti-spam filters - No success. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how I could start to trace this?
The virtual server hosting company has not yet let me have access to the email logs - but I figure they must be somewhere (we use 1and1 Internet Ltd.).
Does anyone have any ideas?
I need to have this running by the end of next week.
