NTBackup not able to backup exchange first storage group
I keep getting this error when I try to do a full backup of my exchange information store.

MSExchangeIS (2916) First Storage Group: Log truncation failed because not all log files required for recovery were successfully copied.
Inbound authentication failed with error LogonDenied for Receive connector Default TCH15. The authentication mechanism is Gssapi. The source IP address of the client who tried to authenticate to Microsoft Exchange is [216.235.158.79].
End Backup of 'tch15\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group' 'Warnings or errors were encountered.'
Verify: Off
Mode: Append
Type: Normal
Consult the backup report for more details.

Those are the three that look like they have something to do with it.

{Delayed Write Failed} Windows was unable to save all the data for the file \Device\LanmanRedirector. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere.

i would like to know : did you backup the file directly to the network drive or locally ?
If it was over the network/External Drive, I would suggest trying locally as it may be a connection issue.

It was over the network...But I think I found my problem. The permissions in the folder the mailbox stores were in only had system, local admin and domain admin. I added creator owner and the backup finished. I hope that was it. Thanks for your help.
