E-Mail non-Delivery - Exchange 2003 - single account

Hi There,
For background:
I have set up a full exchange server system. It is working via all avenues, rpc-over-http, vpn, lan, owa, oma, etc. I have been receiving mail for the past 2 years on the same account. Non-stop. No Problems. The server POPs the mail from individual mailboxes at the ISP to global distribution. and my own mail, directly into my own user mailbox - set in POP settings in Exchange Server Management.

Yesterday i stopped receiving mail from outside. Internal mail works, but anything sent from outside, doesn't arrive in my box. I have checked, by sending from GMAIL to my address, and checking in the ISP web mail, and the server picks it up, but it completely disappears from there on the server. There are no extra mails in the failed mail folder or in the undeliverable pop mailbox account.

if i send from another account within the company, it arrives in my box. There is obviously something wrong with the routing from pop collection to my mailbox and i have NO clue what it could be?

Please hepl ladies and gents. this is killing me.

If you go into the POP3 Connector in ESM, can you enable MAXIMUM LOGGING and force it to download the emails?

This will flood the Application Log with Entries regarding the process but will allow you to see whether it successfully logs onto your mailbox and retrieves email.

I am guessing it's a fault with the ISP, and this will help you pinpoint.

Hi,
in the POP3 Connector Manager Properties troubleshooting tab, i have marked for maximum logging. Where the hell do i find the log?

I have checked that the ISP is delivering to their box. is is definitely going to them, and it is definitely being pulled by my server, because the box empties when the server connects. i have 2 different boxes for my mail (different addresses) that i am emptying with the pop connector, but neither land up in my outlook box. :(

okay,
checked the logs. It sees the mail in the isp box. downloads it. prepares for delivery. confirms delivery complete. and it disappears into thin air. i have just deleted and re-created all my addresses in the AD and have tried again to no avail.
If the messages are being downloaded and submitted, used Message Tracking in ESM to find its where abouts.
