After moving a mailbox from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003, the users Outlook was not able to access the mailbox. After some troubleshooting, I decided to delete the users mailbox and reenter it as a new user. Then I restored their messages from a pre-move pst made with ExMerge.
Since all of this, some users (not all) are unable to email the deleted/reentered user.
How can I correct this issue, and what should be my procedure for restoring mailboxes that fail after a move?
