How do I prevent PST file creation in Outlook 2003
We are implementing an Email archival system and importing all of the PST files from our users into the system. We would like to prevent them from creating any more PST files so that we dont have to continue backing them up.
We are running Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 in an active directory network. Group Policy is an option.
Thanks.
Tom

Thanks,
We have the Gruop policy setup to disable Autoarchive, but they can still create a PST file through the menu using File\New\Outlook Data File... We don't want them to do that, but I'm not finding any good solutions at this time.

Yup, that will do it. Just tested it on my OL 2003 box.
