Exchange 07 Distribution list reporting

I have Exchange 2007, SP1. I have about 73 Distribution lists, and 145 users.

I've been asked by management if it's possible to generate a report saying What DL's we have, who is in each DL, and how many messages each DL gets for a given time period.

I can't find a way to get this information out of the Management tools. Any one know either:
1.) Where can i find this information (or something similar) in the Exchange Management Console
2.) A third party package that can find this information (Or something similar)

The first suggestion seems to be a good starting point, however the script referenced seems to have a problem.
The write-host command seems to only write output to a screen, not to an actual file. The -filepath parameter is incorrect.

I will look into some of the reporting tools. Looks promising.
Lots of great log tracing tools on the links you provided.
So far my favorite is Promodag. It has a canned report that is exactly what I want.

Thanks!
