Hi Experts,

I am facing a little weird problem, hope somebody could suggest something ...!

Scenario :
I have two servers, Let's say Server A and Server B both are member servers of domain in windows environment.
An application on server A needs to read a file on server B's share periodically.
Share and NTFS permissions all ok and normally there is no issue.

But, intermittencely, application on server A fails to read the file on server B.
Error log from application is "Network/Path not found".
No traces of any hardware, network link or OS problem can be found in the event log of both servers.

I have done a test by running a batch file on server A. The batch file will
1) ping serverB  (ping command)
2) list the directory of the share on serverB  (vbscript)
3) read the file from serverB (vbscript)

With that, I also get Intermittence error returned from vbscript with "Path Not Found".
But at that time, ping command is successful without an error.

Hoping for a suggesstion.
