If i do

hConsole = FindWindow(NULL, L"ANY STRING");

the code compiles, but if i want to put a variable in place of "ANY STRING", my code does not compile!

Error: cannot convert parameter 2 from 'std::string' to 'LPCWSTR'

Or

hConsole = FindWindow(NULL, str.c_str());
Error: 'FindWindowW' : cannot convert parameter 2 from 'const char *' to 'LPCWSTR'

What should i do? I want str to be there

Note: str is of type string
