Windows Vista Home Premium won't boot up
I have a HP dv2000 laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium edition. When I turn it on and try to boot into windows it just gives me a black screen with Err2Err3 on the top left corner. I get the same thing when trying to access safe mode and everytime I hit F8 i get another Err2Err3.
I can access the recovery console and command prompt by hitting F11. I do not have an option to just use the recovery console and restore to the factory installation without backing up first. Can anyone shed some light on this.

I managed to get an ISO image to use those utilities. The laptop did not come with a disc. Unfortunately the tools didn't help.

I did that already with the ISO image that I burned to a cd. None of the tools work and when I boot up now it says Missing operating system. It won't even let me go into System Recovery anymore.
