New AD Server Disk Setup

Hi All, I am going to be installing a new Windows Server 2008 AD server (DNS, DHCP, some storage).  Was wondering what people suggested for the best drive setup.  the server will most likeley by an HP DL380 G5.  I was thinking about two 72GB drives mirrored (RAID 1) for the O/S.  And then 3 146GB drives (RAID 5) with one hotspare for the data.  That would give me just short of 300GB of space for some storage we need.   What are your thoughts?  Is there a better way to go. Cost is not a great concern (well it is, but only to a certain extent).
Thanks!

There are 8 bays on the DL380 I believe.   Also, this will be for approx. 100 users...would you suggest dual processors (or is just the one fine for this amount of load?)

Do you think dual processors is overkill?
