I have a customer that's using SBS 2003's built in backup utility.  They are using Quantum Value DLTtape VS160 drive.  For the last month the backups have been failing.  I have installed the hotfix that has been spoken of so highly in several other posts but to no avail.  The tape drive was cleaned two days ago and the drive marked as clean.  The backup runs for 4 hours before erroring out.  Below is a copy of the backup log.  HELP!
